  • If you have already completed your Instrument Rating through our recommended strategy then the average student flying 3x-5x a week will take ~1-3 months.

  • Assuming your previous ratings have fulfilled your primary aeronautical experience the average cost:

    Aircraft Rental (C-172)(35hrs): $5,915

    Aircraft Rental (C-150)(35hrs): $4,515

    Flight Instruction: $2,100

    Checkride: $900

    Total Cost: $7,515- $8,915

  • You can now be compensated for your flying. A few commercial pilot jobs include cropdusting, banner towing, sky diving, and flight instruction(requires further rating).

    However, this does not include flying for an airline. For this type of flying you will be required to build flight time to 1,500 total time and become an ATP certified pilot.
